Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION.
We ship using the following methods:

USPS Domestic First Class Mail (If cost of shipping is $8 or less, this will be the method used to ship your order.)

USPS Domestic Priority Mail (If cost of shipping is $10 or more, this will be the method used to ship your order.)

Domestic Order $300.00 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. 

 

International orders ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Priority Express depending upon what was selected at checkout & can only ship to the credit card holders billing address. 

 

thedablab.com also known as TDL & Ben & Jay's LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are shipped internationally.  Due to other countries’ Customs/Duties and International Transportation Laws, we cannot always guarantee safe and secure shipping when shipping outside the United States.  If your order was shipped outside the United States, we are not responsible for return shipping charges for any products covered under a manufacturer warranty.

 

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of purchasing (Excluding Holidays & Weekends) unless otherwise noted on the website or on your order confirmation. 

 

Domestic Express shipping is available at an additional cost e-mail us at info@thedablab.com if you would like to upgrade.

 

Orders shipping to a different address or name other than the credit card holder at the credit card holders billing address will be subject to a secondary verbal credit card verification from the credit card holder and may require additional time to ship. The order must be verbally verified within 72 hours from the time of purchase. You can request an extension of time by e-mailing us at info@thedablab.com. If the order is not verbally verified with the credit card holder within the 72 hour time frame & we have not received an e-mail request for an extension of time, the order will be canceled & subject to a 17% re-stocking fee.

 

Orders over $300.00 may also be subject to a secondary verbal credit card verification and may take additional time to ship.

If the value of your order is valued at $500.00 or more identification verification & credit card verification may be required. 

We reserve the right to verbally verify any order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. 

 

What do I do if something is damaged, missing or an incorrect item is received? 

If you receive your order damaged, you must e-mail us at info@thedablab.com within 24 hours of receiving your package to qualify for a replacement.  All e-mails should indicate the date received & the type of damage that has occurred. All packaging materials must be kept for possible inspection. We might request that you send the damaged item/s back to us along with the original packaging materials. If this is the case, we will issue & e-mail you a return shipping label.  A replacement will be shipped once we receive the damaged item/s back. 

If your order breaks or cracks after it has already been used, we cannot issue a replacement.

Items backed by a Manufacturer's Warranty will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. 

If something is missing from your order or an incorrect item is received, you must e-mail us within 24 hours of receiving your package to qualify for a replacement. All packaging materials must be kept for possible inspection. All e-mails should indicate the date received & what is missing or incorrect in your order. If the item you received is incorrect, you will need to ship the incorrect item back to use before we can send out the correct item. A return shipping label will be provided to you via email.

 

How do I return an item? 

You can cancel or return your order for any reason if you are not satisfied. You must e-mail us within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. A restocking fee of 17% will be charged for all cancelled or returned orders. If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, you will only be charged a 5% cancellation fee. If you wish to return your order you are responsible for all shipping costs that were incurred and return shipping charges.  All refunds will be issued within 72 hours of receiving your return or cancelled order.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used.

No refunds or exchanges on all clothing.

All refunds will be made by credit card, or store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds.
