Domestic Shipping Information
All order ship with Discreet Packaging! The package will not say “The Dab Lab” or “TheDabLab.com” anywhere on it. If you ordered glass, the package will likely have “Fragile Glass” stickers/tape on the outside.
Orders ship from California (USA) within 24-48 business hours of purchasing (Excluding Holidays & Weekends) unless otherwise noted on the website, on your order confirmation or if further verification is required as per below.
We ship using the following methods:
USPS Domestic First Class Mail - Packages shipped with this service usually take about 3 to 6 Days to arrive from the time they are shipped. This is not a guaranteed service.
USPS Domestic Priority Mail - Packages shipped with this service usually take about 2 to 3 Days to arrive from the time they are shipped. This is not a guaranteed service.
Domestic Orders $300.00 or more (total after discounts, not including tax/shipping) will be eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping will ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.
The Dab Lab reserves the right to ship any orders via the stated shipping methods on this page.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. All canceled orders will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. You must email us within 24 hours of your order being placed online. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to cancel your order. Please show your order number in the subject line of the email. We will reply advising you if your order has been shipped or not. If not shipped and your email was received within the 24 hour grace period, we will cancel per your request and charge your credit card the applicable 10% cancellation fee. If your order has already shipped, refer to “How do I return an item?” below.
How do I return an item(s)?
Used items are not returnable. Clothing is not returnable. Most of our clothing is print to order. We cannot offer refunds or store credit for clothing. You can return an item or several items for a refund or store credit (used items & clothing excluded). Shipping charges are non refundable. You must email us within 72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. Once the 72 hour threshold has past, you are no longer eligible for a return. A restocking fee of 17% will be charged for all returned orders. If you wish to return your order you are responsible for all shipping costs. All refunds & store credits will be issued within 72 hours of processing your return. We will contact you via email once your return has been received & processed. All refunds will be made by credit card, or store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds. In store sales are not eligible for returns. All in store sales are final.
What do I do if something is damaged, missing or an incorrect item(s) is received?
If upon receiving your order something is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, you must e-mail us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your package to qualify for a replacement. All emails should indicate the date received & the type of damage that has occurred or what item is missing or incorrect. Digital pictures may be required. All packaging materials must be kept for possible inspection. We might request that you send the damaged or incorrect item(s) back to us along with the original packaging materials. If this is the case, we will issue & email you a return-shipping label. A replacement will be shipped once we receive the item(s) back. If your order breaks or cracks after it has already been used, we cannot issue a replacement. Items backed by a Manufacturer's Warranty will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. If you prefer to return the item, refer to the "How do I return an item(s)?" section above.
What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days (43 days for international orders) of your order being shipped to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We do not track orders once they ship. It is your responsibility to track your order.
International Shipping Information
International orders ship via USPS First Class International, Priority International, or Priority Express International depending upon what was selected at checkout.
TheDabLab.com also known as TDL & Ben & Jay's LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are shipped internationally. Due to other countries Customs/Duties and International Transportation Laws, we cannot always guarantee safe and secure shipping when shipping outside the United States. If your order was shipped outside the United States, we are not responsible for return shipping charges for any products covered under a manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for return shipping charges for any defective items received.
