Is the Proxy Core compatible with the old Proxy?
Compatibility is partial, depending on the component. The Puffco Proxy Core works with the same Proxy glass attachments and bubblers, so most external glass pieces are interchangeable between versions.
However, internal components are not cross-compatible. The Proxy Core chamber system is not compatible with the original Proxy (V1), and Core-specific parts such as the mouthpiece, caps, and chamber components are not designed to fit the older Proxy base. For best performance and proper fitment, Puffco Core accessories should only be used within the newer Proxy V2/Core ecosystem.
How many hits does the Proxy Core get per charge?
The Proxy Core delivers approximately 15 heat cycles per charge depending on temperature, draw length, and usage style. Lower temperatures may extend battery life, while higher temps can reduce total sessions.

Under normal use, the mouthpiece stays warm but not uncomfortably hot. Higher temperatures or extended sessions may produce noticeable heat, which is typical for compact vaporizers. After market glass mouthpieces are also available to improve the experience!
